Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale IT projects, including system integration, resource management, and vendor coordination. This role requires a minimum of 7 years’ experience, including working with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MMIS) and Medicaid operations. The candidate must hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, budget, and manage all aspects of assigned projects.
- Oversee major initiatives, ensuring timelines and critical dependencies are met.
- Facilitate meetings across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
- Identify problems, evaluate solutions, and implement effective actions.
- Prepare reports and documentation supporting state and federal initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years managing IT projects, system integration, and vendor relationships.
- Experience with Medicaid systems, operations, and related business processes.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
- Ability to independently perform complex tasks with creativity and sound judgment.
- Strong ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to project needs.
- PMP certification required.
